WESTEC 2006

Los Angeles, California. Feb. 25, 2006. Hybrid Systems will be introducing the MARK II Shrink Fit Induction Heating device at the WESTEC 2006 exhibition taking place during March 27-30 in the Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles , California.

This device is the second generation model of the shrink fit technology that was introduced several years back and has had a very successful review and acceptance in the market place. The MARK II model does present a smaller footprint better suitable for bench top operation. It has an air cooled induction coil, user friendly operator interface, electric fan for tool cooling and   weighs only 40 LBS.

MARK II can service a range of tool holders with its patented universal tool holder. For example, BT Taper BT30 thru BT50, CAT V-Flange Taper C30 thru C60 and HSK Taper H63.   Tools serviced for the above holders are ¼" diameter thru 1" diameter.

A different version of the air cooled MARK II device is available for larger than 1" diameter tools. Consult factory for details.

Some users of the MARK I earlier generation model are Haas Automation, D & D Tool Supply, Mazak, B & B Manufacturing and others. Stop by our booth #2357 and experience the difference in shrink fit technology.
